Business challenge: client needed to consolidate several HR functions, which required workforce analysis, organization redesign, and development of strategic advisory job

  • Developed methodology, project plan, milestones, and timeline for the implementation of the Human Resources Data Reference Model for the federal civilian HR Line of Business in accordance with the Office of Management and Budget’s Federal Enterprise Architecture guidelines

Consultant – Analytics Team Lead (Military Client)

Business challenge: client needed to consolidate several HR functions, which required workforce analysis, organization redesign, and development of strategic advisory job

  • Deployed Access survey tool designed to collect workforce data on over 15,000 military personnel, trained 100+ end-users; managed nine military and civilian personnel during data collection

  • Facilitated client strategy workshops and working sessions to gather Subject Matter Expert feedback and gain buy-in for large scale organization transformation; briefed over 200 supervisors on strategic vision

  • Managed relationships with 260 distributors to ensure accurate and efficient financial data reporting; initiated reporting relationships with new distributors, increasing spend capture by $1.3M per year

  • Led multi-department, cross-functional team that implemented process and system changes; responded to end-user feedback – processes improvements resulted in 200% increase in distributor reporting compliance

Human Resources Analyst - Avendra (2001)

  • Responsible for all HR analytics including compensation analysis; performed market and internal equity analysis of non-exempt associates that led to a more appropriate distribution of administrator salaries

  • Managed $1M company health/welfare and 401(k) benefit plans for 200 associates

  • Designed and launched new macro-driven Excel performance evaluation system that resulted in an increase in evaluation accuracy and a 20% reduction in processing time
